Bullitt

I still Bullitt again, thinking that if you have a great reputation to be worth seeing, and this time really to their liking. Never again.

The prosecution is of course excellent. This movie might teach the recent James Bond films a thing or two. The thrill of a chase from the amount of Bullitt action that involves not the speed with which the cuts, how much you can squeeze CGI or how confusing.

That said, the plot is achingly slow, cool characters and impossible to sympathize with the dialogue is indistinct, and when you can do what he is saying, irrelevant and boring and the end is an anticlimax pondoerous.

Lady In The Water

Lady In The Water Question: fantasy, horror, thriller or comedy-Response-ni! What can I say? It’s just bad acting is not bad ….( but) it is difficult, because like most movies these days that either love em or hate em.

Obviously there will always be mixed reviews. I do not think I hated this movie, hate is too strong a word, do not like is more adequate.

Just did not do it for me. Probably because I’ve seen a ot of art house / foreign / Asian movies in the afternoon and everything else is only second best, or “lady of the waters in the more likely third or fourth. To see a strange a good fantasy / horror / drama, then so be sure to see ‘Pan’s Labrinyth’ if you have not already ..

or look for M. Night ’s exciting series: “The man in the bar”

Stage Fright

Stage Fright I am a big fan of Hitchcock, but I do not recall having seen this before. Now I’m so glad I saw it.

The film is shot in black and white, set in England and has a theatrical theme. There are a host of familiar faces that appear so. Apart from the requirement to have cameo coupling Alastair Sim, Miles Malleson, Joyce Grenfell, Alfie Bass Ballard Berkeley, and later appeared as the lead in Fawlty Towers, and of course not forgetting to Marlene Dietrich.

The main stars along with Dietrich are Jane Wyman, Michael Wilding and Richard Todd. There is a flaw in the plot that I will not reveal here.

You’ll have to see the movie until the end to get it. The plot itself is typical of a Hitchcock murder, a man on the progress of the police and a garment sprinkled with blood. Along the way there is plenty of comic relief before the (somewhat) surprise ending.

Take a look!

Entourage - Season 1

Entourage - Season 1 A slow burner this. The idea of the show is that Vince, a guy from the city of New York cool, going to Hollywood.

2 friends and his brother and how his “environment.” His brother is a desperate wannabee actor, one of his friends became his agent and the other is a sort of ‘Gofer’.

Basically, stars in a small budget, the type of film art and his fame began to grow. Then Ari meet, which I think is probably the best character in the whole sample, which is a Hollywood agent. Devious, cunning, deep, completely ruthless - a jewel of a stereotype.

This is a good first round and if you want to watch a series that portrays what Hollywood is, probably, as this is a watch. Note, there is sex, drugs, bad language and political incorrectness in order not to show a family!

Take a journey with 70’s nostalgia and Muttley ruin in vain as they try to “catch the pigeon ‘. The Wacky RACES spin-off, Dick dastardly - sports rather dubious handlebar mustache - leads the Vulture Squadron, a ragtag group of characters whose sole purpose, apparently, is to stop a carrier pigeon from delivering messages to the other side. Using a variety Dastardly And Muttley - Vol.2 the First World War aircraft equipped with strange contraptions and ridiculous, cowardly will stop at nothing to catch his avian nemesis.

Throughout his trip is the snickering canine companion Muttley, who fancies himself a bit of a heroic figure, and often withdrew to his own fantasy world. Features the legendary vocal talents of Paul Winchell (Tigger) and Don Messick (Scooby-Doo).

Taking Lives

Wonder how this differs from the court. I assumed the one sex scene is much more explicit. But this version is not as explicit.

A little Jolie impressive bust and thats about it. I never thought much of Ethan Hawke, and this film does not change … he is not very good. Jolie Taking Lives is quite good although I had trouble believing she was a top FBI profiler.

The 3 main ones are all police have terrible French and English accents, especially the fate Kylie Minogue boyfriend. I do not understand much of what it says it all.

Decent story, so it is not a total waste of time, but certainly can not see it again.

16 Blocks

16 Blocks We had high expectations for all our movies in the days of Easter, but even that had been left a little disappointed so grateful when the level is improved slightly with 16 blocks. The film is a typical race against time thriller action, rogue police challenged his colleagues to help cardholders misunderstood criminal after a crisis of conscience, so this is a good bit different from others in the genre, but not entirely original, either.

The plot is simple but very effective and the acting certainly above the average of Willis and Morse, however, that both would have to confess a secret hope Mos Def were fired as soon as possible and that his performance was unforgettable all the wrong reasons! 16 blocks is filled with action, cars, hostage situations and, in general, an entertaining evening watching the director attempts to flesh out the plot, allowing the construction of a relationship between Willis and Mos however believe that the film is best taken at face value, a simple but entertaining action movie.

This film certainly deserves 7 / 10, but when considering how annoying Mos Def can not give over 6 / 10. 3 Stars

Assassins

Assassins If only - at least it would be interesting. If there is a worst movie I hope to have the strength to chew my liver instead of having to see it. This is absolutely terrible and I write as someone who enjoys the infamous “Plan 9 from Outer Space (Ed Wood Jr.” masterpiece “regularly voted the worst movie ever made).

I have a deep deep sympathy for Antonio Banderas and Julianne Moore, two fine actors who wade through the quicksand-like swamp in the plot. Both were Conner, or really need the money or were too drugged before doing this. The real urgency, however Turkey is in the apathy of cattle Stallone.

I have seen a greater range of expressiveness that hang in the window of my butcher with a price stuck up his ass Stallone directs that during the interminable 15 hours that this film seems to last. No matter murderers - who wanted to shoot myself after seeing this. If I am ever forced to do it again I will do and that’s a promise!

Beowulf

Beowulf I was expecting this film - though I was one of the few people who did not know it was an original experience in 3D, but my word, you can tell very soon. As for the story is impressive and has some moments of majestic quality, but was not disappointed voice credits - former Denmark had a multitude of accents that would not be out of place today at the United Nations.

Ray Winstone is a bit of London for my taste, but personally, I think it’s generally awesome! Anthony Hopkins allowed to interfere with his Welsh accent well, but to act - I really can not make my account!

I was disappointed in general, though, looking back more pleasing result. A word of warning to those who hire young people for this audience - certificate 12A was well out of place for this film. Contains mild sexual references, but the blood, gore and general violence, the battle is something that is not friendly today in horror movies - if there is an incident of foul language, it would have been 18 without a doubt.

Worth seeing to pass the time and only to say that you saw. Then again a couple months later and enjoy it properly.

Normal

The story seems little more: After 25 years of marriage and aging husband tells his wife that is really a “woman trapped in a man’s body.” Now she wants to dress and live as a woman prepares for surgery gender reassignment, ie

a sex change operation. How he and the world around him facing this transition is the subject of this Normal sensitive and often surprising film.

The good news is that it deals with great sympathy and open your eyes to a condition that is often misunderstood. The story and direction are well supported by the excellent acting of Tom Wilkinson and Jessica Lange so even if you have questions about the unusual subject must move beyond their prejudices and see this movie.

Tim Burton s Corpse Bride this move is the latest film by Tim Burton realeased and I think that if you like the nightmare before Christmas to enjoy this, but not as good a piece of work. the corpse bride songs are pretty fun, but nowhere near as good as the classic nightmare before christmas songs, but apart from that the story is quite good and the graphics are impressive and are used in a similar style to the nightmare before Christmas, but perfected. this film is a good afternoon to see the movie, but not a patch on the nightmare before Christmas.

Charlie And The Chocolate Factory So most reviews are comparing this remake of the original. Therefore, lets get this bit out of the road.

It is a good remake? Remakes and are all as good as the original?

no. simple. All Remakes never the same as the original, so do Remakes!.

Therefore, i wont compare this with the original. Therefore, as a film that has a good effect and kept the children entertained. Johnny Depp plays Wonka very well, but I must admit that his voice seems a bit mysterious and gay.

I decided to see if this movie is about the work … So you have to re-read the book to compare. I would say almost!.

It is not a movie to “go out and buy,” but it’s worth watching the movie, not only compared to the original!
