The city of Valencia is about to celebrate the fallas. One of the monuments that will be devoured by the flames is «Això també passarà». A woman meditating, 20 metres high, signed by the urban artist ESCIF. An atmospheric and introspective journey, from noise to silence, from celebration to lockdown, from life to ashes.
La ville de Valence est sur le point de célébrer les fallas. L’un des monuments qui sera dévoré par les flammes est «Això també passarà». Une femme en train de méditer, 20 mètres de haut, signée par l’artiste urbain ESCIF. Un voyage atmosphérique et introspectif, du bruit au silence, de la fête à l’enfermement, de la vie aux cendres.

Después de años trabajando juntos en proyectos publicitarios y videoclips y habiendo desarrollado carreras cercanas al formato narrativo de no ficción, Iñaki Antuñano y Pepe Ábalos presentan su primera colaboración en el género documental: Aixó també passarà (2023). Anteriormente Iñaki Antuñano ha dirigido el documental #Indestructible (2018) y el cortometraje “Primer Domingo de Mayo” (2008), ganador en la Mostra de València y Cinema Jove y presente en festivales internacionales (Los Ángeles, Trieste, Toulouse) Uno de los últimos trabajos documentales de Pepe Ábalos el cortometraje Renaixem (2020), grabado durante la pandemia y con presencia en multitud de festivales nacionales e internacionales.
After years working together on advertising projects and video clips and having developed careers close to the non-fiction narrative format, Iñaki Antuñano and Pepe Ábalos present their first collaboration in the documentary genre: Aixó també passarà (2023). Previously, Iñaki Antuñano has directed the documentary #Indestructible (2018) and the short film «Primer Domingo de Mayo» (2008), winner of the Mostra de València and Cinema Jove and present at international festivals (Los Angeles, Trieste, Toulouse). One of the latest documentary works by Pepe Ábalos, the short film Renaixem (2020), recorded during the pandemic and with a presence at many national and international festivals.
