Artal y Carrascal es un tandem creativo con más de 20 años de experiencia en el sector audiovisual, se conocieron en la ECAM, Arturo Artal estudió la especialidad de dirección de arte y Juan Carrascal la de montaje. Juntos han realizado un largo documental “15/03/09 La Última Ofensiva” y 12 cortometrajes con los que han logrado numerosas selecciones y premios en festivales nacionales e internacionales. Entre sus cortos destacan “Nameless” (2018), “Nacional 106” (2020) y “Otro día más” ( 2022) candidato al Goya al mejor cortometraje documental 2023.
Artal and Carrascal have had an impressive journey in the audiovisual industry, their creative collaboration spinning over 20 years, along with their distinct educational background in Art Direction and Editing (respectively) at the ECAM, where they met, seems to have led them to produce a remarkable body of work. Together, they have made a feature-length documentary “15/03/09 La Última Ofensiva” and 12 short films achieving numerous selections and awards at both national and international festivals. Some of their notable short films include “Nameless” (2018), “Nacional 106” (2020) and “Otro día más” (2022), a candidate for the Goya for best documentary short film 2023.
