ARTAL y CARRASCAL son Arturo Artal Lozano (Zaragoza, 1978) y Juan Carrascal-Ynigo (Valladolid, 1979). Se conocen en la Escuela de cine de Madrid (ECAM) y desde entonces forman tándem creativo. Debutan con «La Bolita: el cortometraje». Han realizado 10 cortometrajes y un largo documental. En 2018 y 2019 ganan el certamen SEMINCI FILM FACTORY por los proyectos NAMELESS, un relato opresivo, rodado en blanco y negro y “NACIONAL 106 ” un thriler local, con aires de western, su proyecto mas ambicioso.

They debuted with ‘LA BOLITA: EL CORTOMETRAJE’. They have filmed 10 short films and a documentary. In 2018 and 2109 they won the SEMINCI FACTORY FESTIVAL for the projects: ‘NAMELESS’ an oppressive tale filmed in black and white, and ‘NACIONAL106’ a thriller with a hint of spaghetti western, being this their most ambitious project.
