Abhinav se siente asfixiado por su pequeña comunidad hindú de Madrid, pero ansía irse de rave con sus colegas en busca de un tipo diferente de éxtasis. Cuando su gurú anuncia una visita para bendecir a sus fieles la misma noche que la fiesta más importante del año, una serie de sucesos extraños presagian la colisión entre sus dos mundos.
Abhinav feels trapped by his tight-knit Hindu community in Madrid, but craves to go out raving with his friends in search of a different kind of ecstasy. When his guru announces a visit to bless his devotees on the same night as the most important party of the year, a strange series of events augurs the collision between his two worlds.

Alberto es un director y escritor español que divide su tiempo entre Madrid y Londres. Tras completar una carrera en Neurociencia, Alberto realiza ‘Under the North Sea’ (2020), un cortometraje documental que tiene una gran recepción en festivales, incluyendo el prestigioso Clermont Ferrand. En 2021 dirige su primer proyecto de ficción, ‘Niño’, y en 2025 realiza el cortometraje ‘Darshan’ con el apoyo del ICAA. Actualmente, Alberto está desarrollando ‘Darshan’ en un largometraje.
Alberto is a Spanish director and writer who divides his time between Madrid and London. After completing a degree in Neuroscience, Alberto directed ‘Under the North Sea’ (2020), a short documentary that received great acclaim at festivals, including the prestigious Clermont Ferrand. In 2021, he directed his first fiction project, ‘Niño’, and in 2024, he was awarded the ICAA short film grant to make ‘Darshan’. Alberto is currently developing Darshan into a feature film.
