Santiago es un padre con una parálisis cerebral que le hace caminar con dificultad. Todos los días acude al colegio a buscar a su hijo Diego y realizan el mismo camino de vuelta pero hoy será diferente, Diego, ya adolescente, y Santiago, que aún ve en su hijo a un niño, tendrán una discusión llena de verdades que duelen y silencios que emocionan.
Santiago is a father with cerebral palsy that makes him walk with difficulty. Every day He goes to school to look for his son Diego and they walk the same way back but today it will be different, Diego, teenager, and Santiago, who still sees a boy in his son, will have a discussion full of truths that hurt and silences that thrill.
Santiago est un père atteint de paralysie cérébrale qui le fait marcher avec difficulté. Juan Manuel Montilla «Langui» es actor y cantante, aparece en la industria en 2001 con su primer disco que supuso una revolución en el panorama musical español, abriendo nuevas puertas al Hip-Hop. En 2009 dio el salto a la gran pantalla protagonizando su primera película «El truco del manco», por la que consiguió dos premios Goya en la misma noche, Goya al mejor actor revelación y Goya a la mejor canción. Tras 20 años de carrera artística «Intentando» es su ópera prima como director y guionista.
Juan Manuel Montilla «Langui» is an actor and singer, he appeared in the industry in 2001 with his first album that was a revolution in the Spanish music scene, opening new doors to Hip-Hop. In 2009 he made the leap to the big screen starring in his first film «El trick del manco», for which he won two Goya awards on the same night, Goya for best new actor and Goya for best song. After 20 years of artistic career «Intentando» is his debut as director and screenwriter.
