She was the Spanish dancer with the greatest international projection at the beginning of the 20th century. Then she was forgotten. From childhood to death, this film follows her steps through a young dancer from Spanish National Ballet.From Madrid to Barcelona & Paris, La Argentina will dance again on this journey between two times, hers and ours.
Elle fut la danseuse espagnole avec la plus grande projection internationale au début du XXe siècle. Puis elle a été oubliée. De l’enfance à la mort, ce film suit ses traces à travers d’une jeune danseuse du Ballet National Espagnol. De Madrid à Barcelone et Paris, La Argentina dansera encore sur ce voyage entre deux temps, le sien et le nôtre.

Productora y directora. Especializada en Cinematografía en la UFBA, Bahía, Brasil, y en Documental en la ECAM, Madrid. Combina formatos audiovisuales con artes escénicas. En sus inicios destaca la serie fotográfica «Le Mec et le Lapin» presentada en París. Directora de «Los pájaros azules», seleccionado en DOCMA y Clermont Ferrand. Dirige piezas para FAD y OCNE. Autora de «La Mudanza», montada en base a material de archivo íntimo, que deriva en la videoinstalación «Crisálida», financiada por el Ministerio de Cultura español.
Producer and director. Specialized in Cinematography at UFBA, Bahia, Brazil and Documentary at ECAM, Madrid. She combines audiovisual formats with performing arts. In her beginnings the photographic series «Le Mec et le Lapin» stands out, presented in Paris. She directs «The Blue Birds», selected by DOCMA & Clermont Ferrand. Director of pieces for FAD and OCNE. Author of «The Moving», based on intimate raw footage, which ends up on the video installation «Chrysalis», financed by The Spanish Ministry of Culture.
Producteur et réalisateur. Spécialisé en cinématographie à l’UFBA, Brésil et documentaire à l’ECAM, Madrid. Elle combine les formats audiovisuels avec le spectacle vivant. A ses débuts, se démarque la série «Le Mec et le Lapin» présentée à Paris. Elle réalise «Les oiseaux bleus», sélectionné par DOCMA & Clermont Ferrand. Créatrice d’œuvres pour FAD & OCNE. Auteur de «Le déménagement», composé à partir de film d’archive intime, qui donne naissance à l’installation vidéo «Chrysalide», financée par le Ministère espagnol de la Culture.
