It dives into the inner world of Maryam, an artist living in exile who grieves the loss of her daughter, who returned to Iran to join the protests against oppression. LIGHTHOUSE reflects the collective female wound, bridging the personal and the political through one mother’s intimate transformation

Born to Iranian parents and raised in Hamburg, Sahar Nouhi draws from her cross-cultural experience to tell intimate, human stories. With a background in writing, conscious coaching, and women’s empowerment across Ethiopia, Germany, England, and Spain, she explores themes of identity, belonging, and transformation. Specialising in women’s collective wounds, her work bridges healing & creative expression. LIGHTHOUSE is her debut film, reflecting her commitment to awareness and feminine growth.
Née de parents iraniens et élevée à Hambourg, Sahar Nouhi puise dans son expérience interculturelle pour raconter des histoires humaines et intimes. Formée en écriture, accompagnement conscient et empowerment féminin en Éthiopie, Allemagne, Angleterre et Espagne, elle explore l’identité, l’appartenance et la transformation.
