Carola, una adolescente superdotada y asocial, harta de estar sola, decide construirse una amiga robot. Pero un accidente provocará que Annie resulte ser una androide, que derrocha ingenuidad y amor a raudales y arrastra a Carola a celebrar el cumpleaños más divertido y loco de su vida.
Carola, a gifted but awkward teen, decides to build a robot friend. But an accident means she ends up with Annie, a sparky and affectionate android who makes sure Carola has the craziest and most fun-filled birthday of her life.
Carola, une adolescente surdouée, décide de construire un robot pour enfin avoir une vraie amie. À la suite d´un accident, Annie se révèle être une androïde débordante d´amour et d´ingénuité. Elle entraîne alors Carola dans la fête d´anniversaire la plus folle et la plus amusante de sa vie.

Myriam Ballesteros se graduó en Periodismo y estudió cine, televisión y animación en New York University, BBC, EAVE, CARTOON etc. Fundó MB prod. e IMIRA y ha trabajado como productora y directora dirigiendo entre otras las series de animación LUCKY FRED, SANDRA DETECTIVE DE CUENTOS Y LOLA Y VIRGINA que han sido vendidas en más de 100 países y premiadas en Festivales como CIFF, CARTOONS ON THE BAY.. así como los cortometrajes LA SUPERRABIETA y LA LEYENDA DE UN HOMBRE MALO.
Myriam Ballesteros has a degree in journalism and studied film, television and animation at New York University, BBC, EAVE, CARTOON and others. She has worked as both a producer and director. Myriam set up MB Producciones and IMIRA where she directed cartoon series such as LUCKY FRED, SANDRA FAIRYTALE DETECTIVE and LOLA AND VIRGINIA, which have been sold in over a hundred countries and won awards at festivals such as CIFF and CARTOONS ON THE BAY. Myriam also directed the short films THE SUPER PADDY and THE LEGEND OF A BAD MAN.
Myriam Ballesteros, diplômée en journalisme, a parfait ses connaissances en cinéma, télévision et animation à la New York University, BBC, EAVE, CARTOON… Elle a fondé les sociétés MB Prod. et IMIRA, et a travaillé comme productrice et réalisatrice sur les séries d’animation LUCKY FRED, Sandra détective et LOLA Y VIRGINIA, vendues dans plus de 100 pays et lauréates dans des festivals comme le CIFF ou CARTOON ON THE BAY, et sur les courts-métrages LA SUPERRABIETA et LA LEYENDA DE UN HOMBRE MALO.
