Guille, a 10-year-old boy, is diagnosed with cancer and has to go to the hospital. There he finds a cuddly toy and a secret journal that seem somewhat magical. Will they help him fight this disease?
Les médecins ont diagnostiqué un cancer à Guille, un garçon de 10 ans. En consequence, il doit aller à l’hôpital ou il trouve un doudou et un journal secret qui semblent magiques. L’aideront-ils à vaincre la maladie?

Joan Paüls es un joven y establecido director con más de 12 años de experiencia. Hizo su primer cortometraje a los 17 y durante la siguiente década y media ha estado dirigiendo y escribiendo cortos que han dado la vuelta al mundo siendo nominados en más de 100 festivales con 6 cortos diferentes premiados. Realizó con nota el prestigioso Máster en Directing Fiction en Goldsmiths University, y ha vivido y trabajado en las industrias de Barcelona, Madrid, Londres y Los Angeles.
Joan Paüls is a young and established director with more than 12 years of experience. He made his first short film at 17 and for the next decade and a half he has been directing and writing shorts that have gone around the world being nominated in more than 100 festivals with 6 different shorts awarded. He completed the prestigious Master in Directing Fiction at Goldsmiths University, and has lived and worked in the industries of Barcelona, Madrid, London and Los Angeles.
