Cuando Manuela, una escritora atea hasta la médula que ha perdido la fe incluso en su propia voz, busca las cenizas extraviadas de su padre junto a su abuela mística y su madre deprimida, una serie de coincidencias pone en jaque su escepticismo y la enfrenta a una posibilidad imposible: que su padre aún tenga algo que decirle—Sequidivú.
When an atheist writer who has lost faith even in her own voice sets out to find her father’s misplaced ashes alongside her mystical grandmother and her depressed mother, a series of coincidences puts her skepticism to the test and confronts her with an impossible possibility: that her father may still have something left to tell her—Sequidivú.

Tras licenciarse en Medicina y ejercer como Dra. Román, Paula dejó el bisturí para curar a través de sus propias historias que hoy produce desde su productora, MarcaPasos Films. Debutó con La Manzana, piloto con el que ganó Mejor Interpretación en el ITVFest de LA. Más tarde volvió a hacernos reír con su corto Blackout, que evolucionó en el podcast narrativo The Strange Case of Señorita Flores. Sequidivú es su primer cortometraje como directora, además de haberlo escrito, producido y protagonizado. Actualmente prepara su siguiente proyecto.
After earning her degree in Medicine in Spain and practicing as Dr. Roman, Paula left the operating theater to heal through her own stories, which she now produces under her MarcaPasos Films. She debuted with La Manzana, a pilot that won Best Performance at ITVFest in LA. She later made us laugh again with her short Blackout, which evolved into the narrative podcast The Strange Case of Señorita Flores. Sequidivú is her first short film as a director, which she also wrote, produced, and starred in. She is currently preparing her next project.
Après avoir obtenu son diplôme en médecine et exercé en tant que Dr. Román, Paula a abandonné le bistouri pour guérir à travers ses propres histoires qu’elle produit aujourd’hui depuis sa société de production, MarcaPasos Films. Elle a fait ses débuts avec La Manzana, un pilote avec lequel elle a remporté le prix de la Meilleure Interprétation au ITVFest de LA. Plus tard, elle nous a de nouveau fait rire avec son court métrage Blackout, qui a évolué en le podcast narratif The Strange Case of Señorita Flores. Sequidivú est son premier court métrage en tant que réalisatrice, en plus de l’avoir écrit, produit et joué. Elle prépare actuellement son prochain projet.
